Advanced Course in Yoga & Yoga Therapy

The Course covers various aspects and types of Yoga with a solid foundation of ‘Ashtanga Yoga’ in the traditional line incorporating modern and ancient approaches of Yoga Therapy. It also gives an in-depth knowledge based on the classical scriptures. One can use this knowledge in teaching and introducing Yoga therapy for certain ailments as well.
